How do I put on the DARCO Body Armor Cast Shoe?

Answer: 1) Unhook the bungee closure system.
2) Press the fastener of the locking mechanism toward your toes in order to widen the ankle strap. Place your foot in the cast shoe.
3) While holding the end of the bungee closure system, move the locking mechanism towards your ankle and press the fastener "up" in the locking position.
4) Hook the bungee closure system at your ideal level of tightness.

Can I use my insurance to pay for the DARCO Body Armor Cast Shoe? I have Kaiser Permanente.
