It is designed to easily fit lower leg casts, such as foot or ankle casts. Once the patient places their foot into the boot, the upper region easily wraps around the top of the cast. The boot's easily adjustable hook and loop fastener straps can then be tightened to the wearer's preference, keeping the boot comfortably fixed around the cast or bandaging. This quick, easy application is accompanied by the boot's lightweight, low-profile design to make using it a simple and convenient process.

To even further help facilitate an ideal fit, the CBO Boot is available in a wide range of sizes including Pediatric, Adult X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. This wide selection of sizes can accommodate shoe sizes ranging from a Youth 12 through a Men's 14, which ensures a perfect fit for nearly any wearer.
