A unique heel cut-out design keeps the foot cool and dry during use, and combines with a tapered foot support to provide exceptional comfort and positioning for the feet. Non-skid fabric helps the user maintain their foot position; this material is also water-proof to prevent staining and ensure easy cleaning with a simple wipe down. The curved design protects the foot and lower calf from impact against door frames and other objects; the optional leg separator helps keep the feet centrally positioned. A multitude of styles and sizes are available to perfectly accommodate the individual user's need; this helpful cushion will fit a wide range of varied wheelchair footrests. Choices include with or without a 3D Gel pack, which offers an additional reduction for shear, pressure, and heat buildup, and with or without plantar/dorsal wedges, which help to prevent orthopedic contractures and deformities.
