BodiLink Head Support Hardware and Mounts by Comfort Company

Available in 7 styles, the BodiLink Head Support Hardware and Mounts by Comfort Company are compatible with virtually all power and manual wheelchairs and allow any of the Comfort Company headrests to be mounted for effective use. The Gear Teeth (GT) series is new and improved with sintered-metal gear teeth that adjust in 15-degree increments. The GT series creates strong positive-locking hardware. There is a new Piano Taper (PT) series available that uses precision link adjustment in order to achieve the ideal positioning and is the strongest hardware currently on the market. The PT series features piano-hinge style joints with a double taper that provides the necessary support while retaining the ability to slip before any catastrophic hardware failure occurs. The PT hardware is available in 5 styles with various functionality and reach. The stem is available in 3 and 7 lengths and also with tool-less wing lock option that allows for on-the-spot adjustment. There are a mid-line and lateral-offset version of the GT and PT series available. Both series have standardized fastener sizes that make installation easier by requiring fewer tools. When lateral positioning is unnecessary, the hardware features dedicated mid-line styles.

Mounting Blocks are also available that are compatible with all Comfort Company back supports and also allows seamless integration to the Acta-Series, Corpus, Tru-Comfort, and many more supports.
