We believe our seats are made to the highest standards available. Customers can not see many of the extra hidden safety features. Uninformed users may think our seats and another supplier's are the same. However, they may not have added the hidden safety features that we have because of the added costs. We feel these safety features benefit the strength of our swings and the well being of the children that use our equipment. The seat's insert has had an extra process rounding the edges to prevent injuries from sharp edges. This seat should last 2 years in harsh conditions and up to 5 years in optimal conditions. Some conditions may require replacement sooner. Tensile strength is 3100 lbs. Our seats have galvanized steel triangles and steel plates that are riveted to the seat with galvanized rivets. We go to the added expense of welding each triangle together so they can not be pulled apart and pulled off the seat. We believe our swings are one of the few that have these welded triangles. The triangle is constructed of .75 dia. cold rolled steel with the ends welded together. The plate is .062 thick h.r. stamped galvanized steel. The rivets which are used to rivet the plate through the EPDM rubber and steel insert are made of 3/4 " diameter steel. There are three rivets on each side of the seat. The S115 seat has a 1075 rounded edge steel insert, full hard, painted with a non rusting adhesive, and then coated with rubber that is from ¼"½ to 3/8"½ thick. This helps prevent a child from being cut if the rubber is ever torn off a seat.

An extra piece of fluted rubber at the front and back of this seat gives it a cushion bumper for added safety. This seat is 6" wide x 24" long. It is made with EPDM rubber, welded triangular hardware and an insert to resist vandalism. EPDM: Ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer is a synthetic rubber material which helps prevent crazing, cracking and oxidizing. Natural rubber is often made from recycled tires etc, and you are never sure what the actual rubber mixture is. It often wears off on children's clothes. It cracks and crazes, making the seat unsightly and allowing moisture to get into the seat. This makes the seat deteriorate at a much quicker rate. Our seats are made of EPDM rubber that is made especially for our swing seats. The rubber does not rub off on children's clothes, and the seats last much longer than natural rubber swings. Unlike seats made of polymer, seats made of EPDM rubber hold up well in extreme temperatures, both very hot and very cold. This swing is intended for children four years to twelve years old.

Polished Aluminum Ring is a 6" diameter round ring made from polished aluminum for a beautiful, lasting shine. The inside diameter is 4 1/2" and the bottom grip is 1" in diameter. The sides are 1/2" in diameter. Price is per ring. Polished Aluminum Triangle trapeze rings are flat on the bottom for an easier hand hold. 	JSP-S110- Commercial Rubber Strap Seat w/washers. This colorful and durable swing seat is 6" x 24" x 3/8" thick, with a vandal proof insert and stainless steel washers. These seats are made wider and sturdier to hold both small and large children. The dimensions are 20" long by 8" at the narrowest portion, to 9" wide at the widest section of the seat, and 2" high. This seat meets ASTM standards and can be used commercially or residentialy. This seat is extremely durable. Available in black, blue, green, red, and yellow. National Test Results: 5000 lbs. 	JSP-S100- Commercial Rubber Enclosed Infant Seat.A fully enclosed infant seat prevents small children from falling out. Vandal proof, it is constructed of 3/8 EPDM Rubber, with a vandal proof insert and heavy duty rust proof hardware. It is a 36" circumference, 11" in diameter and 12" deep. The leg opening is 5" in diameter. Available in black, blue, green, red, tan, and yellow. National Test Lab Results: 5000 lbs. Grade: Commercial.
	JSP-S103- Commercial High Back Infant Seat. A fully enclosed infant seat with a high back to offer extra support for smaller children. 	JSP-A145- Commercial Tire Swing. Tire Swing is 30" in diameter with 16" opening and is 10" deep. It is made of MDPE. This tire has built-in eye bolts that will accept our #H172.
