More Information

The Ceiling Mount Swing Holder Bars are designed to provide an exceptional safe area inside any facility to install a swing seat or a heavy punching bag.

Any ceiling with exposed overhead joist beams that are 16" apart can be used to support the 15-pound, 40" long steel bar that can hold up to a 500-pound weight capacity.

The fully-featured swing holder bar features two exclusive Smooth Swingin' Rope Hangers located on each end of the bar that when used, will not make any squeaking noise or have grinding metal rubbing against metal, shearing off metal particles that can fall into the eyes and cause injury as well as shorten the life of the holder bar. Also included is a center eye-bolt that will provide a smooth swivel action making it ideal for particular swings or a heavy punching bag.

For joist beams that are not 16" apart on center, using the Baltic Birch BAR option might prove to be best for optimal and safer application.

Attaching the ceiling mount swing bar, you will need to attach the BAR to three exposed overhead beams 16" apart by attaching 3 L brackets to the three beams and using two 5/16" bolts for each bracket, therefore drilling six 5/16" holes in total. With a little experience and a few tools, the job can be well done within the hour.
