The Fixed Ankle Anklizer Low Profile Walker is designed to immobilize the movement of the user's foot, ankle, and calf while supporting the user's weight during ambulation after surgery or injury. Durable yet lightweight, this walker features a rocker bottom and a low-profile heel that allows the user a more comfortable and natural gait. Closed-cell foam in the insole helps absorb and dissipate the shock of a foot strike, and the deluxe tri-layer composite liner has an additional anterior ankle pad to use for fit and cushioning.
Leg straps in the frame securely thread through struts to provide extra compression and stability; loop and lock foot straps anchored with pivoting rivets ensure a fastened fit. The shoe is designed with a wide footbed to accommodate excess swelling and bulky dressings.
This latex-free, low profile walker can be worn equally well on either the left or right foot, helping to reduce inventory space and requirements, and in sizes ranging from Extra-Small to Extra-Large.
