AlertMaster Audio Alarm Transmitter

The AlertMaster Audio Alarm Transmitter is an alert device created by Clarity that works as a signal transmitter that alerts users to sounds made by smoke alarms or other audio alerts that happen within the home. This device has a sound sensor that triggers the device after detecting 15 seconds of continuous sound which could be caused by devices such as smoke detectors or carbon monoxide alarms. The alert system of this device makes it a valuable tool to help people who may have impaired hearing especially moderate or severe hearing loss since people with hearing damage may not be able to normally hear their smoke alarms, meaning that this device can help keep someone with hearing loss out of danger.

This device is powered by a single 9V battery that comes included with the device upon the initial purchase. The device itself doesn't draw much power from the battery meaning that replacing the battery isn't something that the user will have to worry about for long periods.

While the device can pick up signals that last from continuous sounds of over 15 seconds it does not alert to T3 (3 beeps, pause, 3 beeps) smoke alarms, which includes any alarm made after 1996, or T4 (4 beeps, pause, 4 beeps) C/O alarms.
