Wrist Supports and Splints

These supports and splints are made to stabilize the wrist but leave the fingers and thumb free, allowing for a full range of motion so as not to interfere with everyday activities during the rehabilitative process. The elasticity of the breathable material increases comfort levels during use while still maintaining the proper shape and firmness to be a functional support brace, and the open-cell foam helps keep skin cool and dry. The elasticity of the material also provides supportive compression which increases security and comfort during use.

The palmar and medial/lateral stays are removable to suit personal preference and malleable to conform to the individual hand and wrist shape, increasing support and comfort. The malleability of the stays also allows for alteration to the supported wrist position so each individual can mold the support to best suit their recovery needs as directed by a physician.

The supports and splints come both left- and right-handed in different wrist circumference options, along with either a 7” or 8” length, allowing patients to find the right size of support for their needs. The wrist splint also comes in an abducted thumb variation that immobilizes the thumb along with the wrist but still allows the rest of the fingers to move freely. The Spica technology stabilizes and protects the MP and CMC thumb joints. The 8-inch Wrist Splint with abducted Thumb prevents wrist movement, flexion, extension, rotation, and deviation.
