Winco Harmony Bariatric Blood Drawing Chair

The Winco Harmony is an extra-wide version of the common blood drawing chair. Its fresh design and size allow for a single bariatric patient to graciously sit or a parent and their worried child may sit side by side. There are four combinations of armrests available: two short stationary armrests, one short and one L-armrest, two L-armrests, and the L-arm and cabinet-rest. All frames are made of the same heavy-duty powder-coated steel and have an 800-pound weight limit.

The folding L-arms rotate upwards at a 90-degree angle so the patient has an unobtrusive path to their seat. The short arms do not curve to rest across the lap; they stay straight along the width of the Harmony Chair. The folding arms are designed with pinch-proof covers so any person, tube, or cord will remain safe. The storage cabinet is made out of high-impact aluminum and durable plastic. It is latex-free and puncture-proof in case an exposed needle is within the drawer.

The frame is manufactured out of powder-coated steel with welded components for a lifetime of durable use. The six legs are designed for high-impact use and there are non-marring feet attachments applied. The non-marring feet will keep your floors scratch free and in original condition. The seat, backrest, and armrests are all padded to remain firm at the base and plush at the top. The side armrests are all height adjustable by using the red handle. This allows you to create a relaxing area for any patient, regardless of height, that needs to have blood work done. The padding is 2.5-inches thick.

The chair weighs a modest 77-pound so it is guaranteed to support the weight of any patient while able to be moved around by one or two people. It should be cleaned with mild soap and a damp cloth. There is an optional upholstery upgrade that meets the flammability standards and requirements for public buildings in the state of California, Illinois, Minnesota, and Massachusetts. There is an optional footrest.
