The Adjustable Cuff Variable Weights, worn on the ankles or wrists, can be used during low impact or high impact exercise to add challenge. The one size fits all wrist weights are uniquely made with pockets that hold the included slip in metal weights to be inserted. This feature allows for a wide range of adjustment required in a graded exercise program. The 4 lb unit includes 20 individual 1/5 lb weights, while the 2 lb unit includes 10 1/5 lb weights. The Adjustable Cuff Variable Weights are color coded for easy identifiability, with the Yellow cuff indicating 2 lbs of weight and the Red cuff indicating 4lbs of weight.

Adjustable Cuff Variable Weights include pre-inserted weights that fit into pockets. The weights can be removed from the pockets to adjust the amount of weight. Choose from either 2 or 4 pound single or paired cuff weights that are color coded in Red (4 lb.) or Yellow (2 lb.) for easy identifiability.

Adjustable Cuff Variable Weights feature a D-ring closure that can be adjusted for a perfect fit. Wrap around cushioned padding makes for a comfortable fit. Cushioned flaps, which are designed to keep weights away from the wrists, keep the weights secure. Full wrist flexion and extension are permitted when using the cuff, as well as radial and ulnar deviation. The Adjustable Cuff Variable Weight feature a touch fastener closure.

Wearing the Adjustable Cuff Variable Weights while performing cardio exercises such as walking or aerobics is a great way to add more resistance without having to lengthen exercise time. The extra weight increases the heart rate. Unlike dumbbells, the cuffs keep the hands free and using them won't result in raised blood pressure levels.
