The Cuff Weights for Weight Training should be secured to the ankle or wrist. There are eight different colors and weights to choose from. The cuff weights are available as a single weight or as a pair. Each cuff has the weight labeled in pounds and kilograms for global usage and understanding of what weight is being used. The color coordination makes it easy to quickly identify the weight a patient or client is using.

They secure to the wrist or ankle with a standard hook and loop closure system. It is easy to adjust and is also comfortable against the skin for continued use. The cuff should be snug against the skin to avoid rubbing that could result in irritation. These have been intelligently designed to withstand forces from a robust athlete. As a result, the sewing on the edges and seams has been lock-stitched for maximum support.

Including ankle or wrist weights to your life is a great way to slowly build muscle mass or tone existing muscle. These can add resistance to existing workouts. It is a good recovery tool for after surgery or when an immobilized limb is mobile again. These are ideal pieces of equipment for physical therapists, occupational therapists, post-surgery, injury rehabilitation, exercise, and personal use.
