The medium-firm Tri-Core Cervical Pillow Gentle Support is designed to help minimize neck and shoulder discomfort while sleeping. The polyester fiber filled pillow has raised side areas that will gently support the user's head and neck by providing a healthy, proper alignment of the neck for a side or back sleeper. Two firm cervical rolls on the pillow will provide different support options with a very firm larger neck roll for maximum support or a smaller neck roll for a more gentle moderate support. Using a cervical pillow can help improve sleep, result in reduced headaches and other ailments caused by insufficient rest, and even help reduce shoring by helping to straighten the airway as it aligns with the cervical spine.

The Tri-Core Cervical Pillow Gentle Support is contoured to adapt to the user's head and support the neck and head to help alleviate headaches and neck pain by providing the proper alignment of the neck while the user is sleeping.

The pillow has different types of supportive rolls on each side for a back sleeper or side sleeper to help correct the resting position of the neck so the neck and head are at the optimal healthy angles to the resting torso to help enhance relaxation and relieve cervical tension.

For a person who sleeps on his back, a firm cervical roll on the pillow will support the neck while the shaped center area of the pillow gently cradles the user's head for a restful sleep. For a side sleeper, there are raised side areas to help keep the user's head level that allows for the proper alignment of the spine. There are two firm cervical rolls on the pillow for different support options to restore the natural curve of the user's neck and provide healthy therapeutic benefits. The larger neck roll is for maximum support and the smaller neck roll is used during the adjustment phase if the user is new to sleeping on a cervical support pillow, or if the user prefers some slightly less support while sleeping.

While adjusting to a cervical pillow, immediate overuse of it may increase neck pain so it is best to slowly ease into the pillow by alternating between this pillow and the user's current pillow until the user feels totally comfortable.
