I was skeptical to say the least and really didnt want to spend extra money on "just" a pillow. It truly made a difference from the first night though and I am so grateful for pain-free mornings!

First night I could only sleep on it for 2 hours. Second through fifth night I managed to get all the way through the night, after that it was just plain uncomfortable. The one thing they might do to improve the pillow is not make it so rock hard!

I am a side sleeper, and this doesnt give the support I thought it was going to. Back sleepers, this probably works just fine. Am not using it at all...had to give it a try though

Love this pillow for neck and back problems.

I have been using this same brand of pillow since 2011. I absolutely love it! I dealt with neck pain for over 20 years and my Chiropractor sold these pillows so I purchased one. I have not had neck pain since. Recently, I purchased another new one for me and bought one for my husband who suffers from neck problems and he says he is sleeping better and he is no longer complaining of neck issues. I highly recommend you give it a try.

It took me one uncomfortable night, then several more before I got used to this pillow, but it really helps me neck, and encourages me to sleep on my back more which is super comfy,Now I love it.
