How do you wash the Swede-O Elastic Elbow Sleeve?

Answer: The manufacturer recommends hand washing this sleeve with cold water and mild soap. To dry, place on a flat surface and allow to air dry. Please be advised that cleaning with chlorine additives is not recommended as it can cause discoloration and/or material degradation. Additionally, using a traditional washer or dryer is strongly discouraged, as these devices can cause irreparable damage to be done to the sleeve.

How does this secure to the user's body?

Answer: The Swede-O Elastic Elbow Sleeve secures using a compressive elastic. To put on, simply slide the the sleeve on over your hand and move it up your arm until its snugly positioned over your elbow.
