This elbow strap is overall easy to use, as all you have to do is wear it just below your elbow and allow the rest to happen. The strap allows you to keep staying active as your elbow heals. This is possible due to the silicone dot lining, which ensures a secure fit for stability, and due to the removable hot/cold pack, which gives your pain a nice warm and cooling therapeutic element for healing.

The support strap has universal sizing, so you do not have to measure anything and you can be guaranteed it fits. The elbow strap can be worn on either arm, left or right, and has a long shelf life of about 5 years. The materials used for this strap allow for breathability and comfort. It is equipped with neoprene-free performance material, which is also why it is suitable for those sensitive to latex.
