Unlike other dressings that require individual components for covering the wound, wrapping the wound, and securing the bandage, these 100% latex-free Sterile Surgical Adhesive Dressings are an all-in-one solution, equipped with a sterile sponge, non-adhesive pad, and cloth silk tape.
The non-adhesive contact layer allows for free-flowing fluid drainage while the highly absorbent pad, made of rayon and cellulose, prevents fluid leakage and is ideally suited for light to medium draining wounds such as lacerations, abrasions, and surgical incisions. The hypoallergenic silk tape holds the pad in place with both sides for a more secure, longer-lasting dressing.
The all-in-one design helps reduce the amount of time required to properly care for the wound and helps medical practices maintain high efficiency without sacrificing quality and efficacy of care.
