The Ferno Stat Trac Cot Fastening System features a straight-in-track design that eliminates cot drift and the need to steer the cot in, minimizing operator strain on angled surfaces. A single-hand release and wide-angle entrance guide provide quick and easy cot loading. The Ferno Stat Trac can accept the Ferno POWERFlexx+ST Powered Ambulance Cot and 35XST PROFlexx Manual X-Frame Cot.

After more than four years of testing and research, the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) has published their "Recommended Practice"½ concerning the forces that an ambulance cot, fastening system, and patient restraints, should be able to withstand in a 30 mile-per-hour crash. These requirements will be adopted into new standards, including GSA KKK-A-1822F and NFPA-1917. Traditional "Antler and Rail"½ fastening systems will NOT meet these new requirements, however the Ferno Stat Trac Cot Fastening System has been tested to and is fully compliant with the new requirements from SAE. Certifications include: KKK-1822, SAE J3027, NFPA 1917, and CAAS GVS v1.0.

The 86 inch Stat Trac Cot Fastening System has a wide-angle entrance guide that improves angled access for quick and easy cot loading. Head-end and foot-end, dual-locking safety mechanism ensure a secure and comfortable ride for the patient, and a single-lever release and safety stop provide security while loading and unloading. A simple, single-hand release unlocks the cot from the Stat Trac. The maintenance and lubrication-free Stat Trac Cot Fastening System adjusts for side or center positioning in ambulance.
