Spring-lock release knobs make for easy, intuitive changeover between leg extension and leg curl exercises. An adjustable seat back cushion keeps posture correct, and an adjustable cylindrical cushion provides comfortable ankle support.
Customizable Weight and Exercise Adjustments
With the ability to change the weight, weight increment, range of motion, and positioning, the Total Hip can be customized to each user for a personalized workout. A magnetized stack-fork with retracting tether makes for instant, secure selection of weights, and an optional incremental weight adjustment allows users can make weight stack adjustments in smaller 5.5 lb. increments. There is also the ability to adjust the increments in 3.5 and 6.5 lb. micro-loading adjustments. Users can set start and end points using the range of motion limiter, adding to the hip weight machine's overall safety and comfort. The hip flexion/extension and abduction/adduction movements can be changed, and the entire upper portion slides vertically on linear bearings to adjust the pivot point for users of differing heights.
