The Leg Extension and Leg Curl Cam Series allows the user to perform both leg extensions and leg curls from one comfortable position. Move the pop pin to adjust the position of the lifting arm properly for each exercise. The exercises condition and strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps muscles. The Leg Extension and Leg Curl Cam Series may need some assembly. Optional Olympic Adapter Sleeve shown; weight plates and collars not included.

Please note: this item ships unassembled. Assembly will take approximately 1.5 hours.
