Sofsorb Specialty Absorptive Standard Dressings are highly absorptive multilayer wound covers that provide exceptional dry and wet strength as well as a built-in stay-dry liner that helps to prevent maceration of periwound skin.

This pliable dressing is designed to minimize adherence to the wound and manage exudate as well as to protect fragile skin grafts and granulating skin burn wounds during their healing stages. Specially designed to horizontally wick away drainage from the wound and throughout the pad, increasing the absorption capacity, the dressing can be soaked with saline or topical ointments prior to use. The Sofsorb pads are used as a primary or a secondary dressing to help manage lacerations, surgical incisions, burns and skin grafts, abrasions, or exuding wounds.
