The thermometer features a jumbo LCD screen that delivers results in seconds with a memory of up to 10 temperature readings and a fever alarm. The non-contact capability of this thermometer reduces the possibility of cross-infection and is essential to have at every business and home as we continue to battle COVID-19, influenza, and outbreaks that may occur in the future. The temperature may be displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The thermometer is powered by 2 AAA alkaline batteries that should last approximately 1 year (6000 readings). When not in use the thermometer will automatically shut off if left unused for a significant period of time.
