Is the chair comfortable? I have back problems that leave me feeling uncomfortable when I sit in a chair for too long without putting my feet up.

Answer: The chair is comfortable and if you put your feet on top of the heating boxes it puts you in an even more comfortable sitting position. If you have severe chronic back pain, this chair might not be comfortable enough to sit through the therapy cycle.

Is it normal to feel like your calves are getting too hot when on top of the footpads?

Answer: Yes, this is normal. YOu can cut the top off a used cotton T-shirt and loop the calves in to feel more comfortable.

What kind of warranty does this sauna come with?

Answer: The Relax Sauna does not contain any movable parts and although there is a one-year warranty, the radiators have lasted between 10-40 years. The manufacturer has run one of the radiators for 9 years 24/7. Over time the tent should be re-upholstered, but with proper care, it can last 10 or more years.
