The Intuitive Display provides statistics about your workout. Some statistics provided are speed, incline, time, distance, calories, and METS. Knowing certain statistics about your workout can help you establish and achieve workout goals. As the saying goes, "what gets measured gets improved."
Contact Heart Rate is another valuable feature. Your heart rate can be monitored by placing your hands on the pulse sensors, located on the front rails.
The handrail height is easily adjustable. To adjust, loosen the Adjustment Knob, then pull or push the rail to your desired height. The handrails span the entire length of the treadmill, and the handrail is curved at the end. The curved rail is beneficial if you are sitting in a wheelchair and need assistance standing up. The handrails are included.
The RehabMill Treadmill has a smaller walking belt than the PhysioMill but still has a 0.1 MPH start speed. The RehabMill's walking belt measures 21 inches wide and 59 inches long. It is quiet while operating, and has a 400-pound weight capacity.
This treadmill is commercial grade and is ideal for a variety of rehabilitation purposes.
