The Spirit Fitness XT685 Treadmill is very similar to the XT485 but with larger dimension rollers, a waxed deck, a non folding heavy duty frame, and a light commercial warranty. Ideal for walkers to serious runners, this treadmill's heavy duty design withstands rigors of heavy use.

The Spirit Fitness XT685 Treadmill features an oversized 9" bright blue backlit LCD screen with separate Muscle Activation Profile and HR Percent Profile LED displays. Nine different pieces of information are displayed at a time to keep you informed and motivated.
Muscle Activation
You will be using your glutes (bottom), hamstrings (back of your thigh), quads (thigh), calves, pecs, and arm muscles when working out on the Spirit Fitness XT685 Treadmill.
Quick Speed and Incline Keys
Quick Speed and Incline keys help save time and make workouts more efficient. With just a few key strikes, the incline and speed can be programmed.
Remote Adjustment Keys
Remote Handlebar Toggles control both speed and incline, allowing for secure workout changes without taking your hands off the side handlebars. The incline can be adjusted on the left handlebar, while the speed can be adjusted on the right handlebar. If you do not want to be able to use these buttons the Disabled button on the console can be activated.
Heart Rate Monitoring
Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring makes your workouts more effective (Chest strap transmitter included). Heart rate training has been proven to be one of the best ways to measure your workout. The Heart Rate Percentage Profile provides a quick reference of your heart rate percentage compare to the maximum projected heart rate. A color coded system indicates different target rates: Amber indicates 50-60%, Green for 65-80%, and Red for 85%.

A powerful 4.0HP motor and wax deck system covers a spacious 22" x 60" workout area.
Comfort with Cooling Fan, Speakers, and Audio Jack
An adjustable cooling fan and dual speakers with audio jack makes for a comfortable and entertaining experience. The cooling fan swivels, helping you to provide targeted cooling that helps extend the workout as far as possible. A smart phone or MP3 can be plugged into an audio jack for music broadcasting.

6 cushions are evenly distributed throughout the unit to ensure a comfortable experience.
Safety Tether Cord
A safety tether cord is provided . Its simple magnetic design stops the treadmill should the user fall or unattach the magnet. Pulling the safety tether cord stops tread-belt movement.
Bluetooth Spirit Fit App
The Spirit Fitness XT685 Treadmill is Bluetooth compatible and can be synced with the Spirit Fit App to monitor and record workout data. Compatible with most iOS and Android mobile devices, the Spirit Fit App uses an integrated Bluetooth 4.0 module.
To use, download to SpiritFit App, set up the account, and sync with the Fasttrack Spirit Fitness XT685 Treadmill. From there, you can begin tracking workout schedules, designing workout plans, and setting workout programs.
All data collected will be stored in your mobile device. During the workout, the user will be able to perform other activities on their device, such as watching movies, checking email and social media accounts, as well as listen to music, while the SpiritFit App will continue recording exercise data in the background.
You can also continue using fitness apps that you already use, such as Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD, MapMyFitness, and other open source training apps that will sync with the SpiritFit App. This way, all workout history can be kept in one safe place.
