The Regency XL 2000 Model 6700 from Graham Field is designed with the patient in mind. The wider heavy-duty nylon seat can come in seat widths up to 34 and seat depths up to 22, as well as three adjustable back styles at 16, 17, and 18, ensuring there is a comfortable seat for every patient to access the world in.
Seat-to-floor height is alterable to accommodate any patient's need and height preference, and the armrests come in either desk-length or full-length. Desk length armrests allow wheelchair users normal access at a table or desk. The shortened length of desk armrests bring the user closer to the desk for an inclusive experience. Loved ones and caregivers will appreciate the
optional full-length push bar on the back of the chair, giving them multiple one- and two-handed grip options for transport. This will make movements easier when pushing and turning the chair for more ergonomic control.
Armrests for the patient can be full-length or desk-length and are fully removable to make lateral transitioning in and out of the chair quicker and easier on both the patient and caregiver. An optional recline upgrade allows the back of the wheelchair to recline up to 45 degrees for patient comfort and proper positioning. The reclined position will also prevent patients from falling forward and out of the chair. With a weight capacity of 750 pounds, this chair is produced to stand up to the test of time.
An oxygen holder and IV rod are both ready as accessories, as well as an oxygen holder and IV rod combination accessory. Footrests and elevating leg rests are available in both 600-pound-capacities and 600+pound-capacities. Caregivers can also purchase safety belts with either an auto buckle or Velcro.
