The Mobeli QuattroPower Bathtub Support Grab Bar Long is a sturdy and secure bathroom grasp bar that will allow a person to safely and easily enter, sit, rise and step out or into a bathtub without the fear of falling or slipping while in the tub or a shower area. The support grab bar is very easy to assemble and install. This multi-usable support grab bar has three swivel points that allow the grab bar to be configured to the customized position when attached inside and outside of the tub or in a shower area. Each 5 ½-inch diameter suction pad needs an area that is smooth, free of cracks, or seams. A facility or bathroom with new construction that has only a few coats of paint will still allow the suction pad to suck air through the plasterboard or drywall leading to the suction pads not securely holding to the wall and may even pull the paint off a wall. A wall surface made with natural stone, cultured marble, or clay that has not been coated with a sealant will not allow the suction pads to firmly stick to the wall and a textured surface, whether cement, tile, stone, or plaster will also not safely hold the suction pads.
