One of the key features of the bench is its impressive adjustability. The benchtop is divided into two distinct regions: a back pad region and a seat pad region. The back pad region can be easily adjusted to incline at 15, 30-, 45-, 60-, and 80-degree angles, and it can decline to -18 degrees. Meanwhile, the seat pad can adjust to inclines of 10 or 18 degrees with ease. This broad adjustability enables users to access a notably larger selection of exercise types compared to those able to be performed with a standard flat exercise bench.

Exercises such as angled presses and flys are made available thanks to this adjustability, which help to ensure a well-rounded workout that leaves no muscle unworked. To enhance the convenience of the bench's use, it also offers an easy-to-move design feature.
