The PhysioTrainer Pro Upper Body Ergometer is a dual purpose trainer for your upper and lower body. Simply set the device on the floor, put on the Heel Cup Pedals, and workout your lower body. For an upper body workout, place the trainer on a HCI UBE Table and use your hands to propel the machine. While in use, this model provides a smooth and quiet cycle.

This trainer offers you bi-directional resistance. This allows you to choose between exercising in forward or reverse motions. There are 21 built-in workouts or 2 customizable workouts. Some of the built-in workouts include: QuickStart, Heart Rate Controlled, Constant SPM and WATTS, Goal Set Calories, and Distance. For a personalized workout, there are 2 User Defined Customizable programs. The customizable programs prompt you to select the resistance range before starting a workout session. There are 32 levels of resistance to choose from. Because there are many options on this trainer, this model is ideal for a variety cardiac and rehabilitation uses.

A unique feature of the PhysioTrainer Pro Upper Body Ergometer is the Workout Summary it provides you. This feature gives you metrics such as totals, peaks, and averages of your workout. Your workout data can be easily exported from the USB drive. This information is valuable if you are serious about tracking your workout progress.

While using this trainer in the standing position, for an upper body workout, it needs to be placed on a HCI Fitness UBE Table. This model is compatible with the hydraulic table or the motorized height adjustment table. These tables are not included, but they are available for purchase on our website.
