The Oxy Clip Oxygen Cylinder Holder will securely hold either an aluminum or steel size D oxygen cylinder on the side rails of a transporting cot or emergency cot.
The clip can be used with floor-mounted oxygen cylinder holders or can be placed safely inside with a soft-sided portable oxygen kit. The spring-loaded latch will enable the Oxy-Clip to easily and quickly attach to a cot's side rail to help eliminate any delays in the preparation of a patient transfer. The clip allows the oxygen cylinder to be safely attached out of the way yet close enough to allow the EMTs the opportunity to quickly check the oxygen output to the patient.
This allows the oxygen cylinder to not be placed unsafely between the patient's legs or underneath the cot during transport and thereby decreasing any possible patient or medical personal injury or damage.
The 1.5-pound, 12" clip long clip has a spring-loaded latch that allows a quick attachment and release of an oxygen cylinder to the cot's side rails that will make emergency transporting of a patient much safer for all involved. While the clip is specifically made for the Ferno-Flex Model 28 cot, it can also be used on products on other objects with round aluminum sidearms such as wheelchairs and chairs.
