This Vehicle Cylinder Restraint Netting is designed for use with Responsive Respiratory cylinder carts and racks and helps keep oxygen tanks secured in place storage and transportation, particularly that in a vehicle; thanks to heavy-duty clips, the netting bolts down to the cart or rack securely and in a manner that complies with DOT standards for transport. These clips feature a cinch strap that makes it extremely easy to tighten the netting firmly.
