A metal splint is positioned at 25 degrees on the brace provides protection and delivers the extra support needed for treating conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Joining this, the brace's side stabilizer on the inner wrist helps to provide extra stability and support for the adjustable wrist straps.

The brace also features three locking wrist straps located across the top, middle, and bottom of the brace.
