Infant fits neck circumferences between 8 and 18 inches, and has a total front height of 1.5 inches.

The One-Piece Extrication Cervical Collar is a collar designed for use in the event of cervical trauma and for use to provide superior immobilization of the cervical area for both extrication and rehabilitation during the recovery process from any kind of cervical injury. The collar is designed for use in the event of recovery but can also be used by first responders for keeping someone's cervical area fully extended to prevent any further harm to the cervical area.

The collar is made to be a 1-piece flat design that allows for easy storage and efficient use of space making it easy to hold onto the collar for potential future use in case of future cervical damage, without taking up too much space. The collar comes in multiple sizes, four adult sizes and two pediatric sizes are available to ensure an accurate fit. The six different sizes are color-coded as well with different colored tags attached to the cervical collars to ensure an accurate fit and the colors allow for a quick sizing reference.

The large trachea opening on the collar allows easy access for carotid pulse monitoring, emergency airway procedures, and visualization. This opening is crucial especially in the event of monitoring someone who was recently in a traumatizing accident because it allows quick access to the airway in the event of an unexpected blockage.
