The DDS Max Cervical Traction Collar can be worn in an upright position and allows you to walk about freely, compared to nearly all other cervical units that require patients to lie down or be restricted to the confines of a door. The DDS Max inflates vertically, gently pushing upward on the occipital bone and down on the shoulder. This pressure creates a chin-tuck sensation that decompresses the cervical spine.

A simple but great product that helped my neck by opening the vertebrae and disc spacing within the first week. If it does continue to fix my neck problem, I will gladly give it the 5th star.
