More Information

The Nestable Therapy Steps offer plyometric motion and forces the body to work against gravity to utilize muscle stabilizers such as the gluteus medius to help people rehabilitate from an injury or to assist athletes with increasing their flexibility, improve lower body strength and provide aerobic strengthening and conditioning of the lungs, heart, and muscles.

The birch wood construction of the four different size steps offers a strong 300-pound user weight capacity and the natural poly-wood finish provides a natural, attractive, and clean appearance.

The top of the steps is covered with a rubber textured anti-slip tread for added safety during use and the tops of the steps will rest flush up against the sides of the other steps so there are no gaps or places to snag clothing or shoelaces.

When the steps are not in use they can be stacked on top of each other or nested within each other to conserve space while in storage.
