The Body-Solid LVLC Leverage Leg Curl Home Gym Equipment is designed to provide positive effects on building hamstring muscle tone and strength with weight resistance training.

The leg cure V-shaped bench will provide total hamstring isolation while helping to reduce any back stress or unwanted knee forces during the workout and the foot rollers are adjustable to provide comfort and an optimal workout for various size users.

The 136-pound, 74" long by 46" wide by 26" tall leg curl equipment mainframe is constructed out of 2" by 3" gauge steel and has an electrostatically applied metallic silver powder coat finish for added protection against chips, dents, and corrosion. The device has sealed bearing pivot points to provide smooth workout movements and a direct link movement arm design to enhance continuous and smooth user range of motion.

The support pads are covered with a durable and easy to clean double-stitched upholstery and includes side handles for control and stability during workouts. Included are weight plate holders to store unused weight plates safely off the floor until they are needed.

This home gym weight lifting equipment is also commercially rated for fitness center use. Weight plates are not included.
