The JETT Junctional Emergency Treatment Tool for Bleeding Control integrates two pressure devices into one innovative tool to allow simultaneous occlusion of blood flow to both lower limbs, addressing penetrating trauma, blast injuries, and amputation injuries in difficult to access areas like the thigh or groin, or trauma to both legs more effectively than standard tourniquets. The unique design features circumferential compression buttocks pads that secure the device safely to the patient, remaining firmly in place without loosening even while the patient is being transported. These pads are pre-positioned and individually adjustable to allow for individual or bilateral activation depending on the patient’s injuries.

Each JETT comes pre-assembled with a ready-to-use belt solution that allows it to be quickly and easily applied to save precious seconds in the event of severe injuries. Each device is individually packaged in a vacuum-sealed bag to allow compact storage and convenient portability on the user’s person to ensure it’s easily available when needed. Optionally, the JETT pack storage case can be purchased as well, specially designed to hold the JETT on the outside of an aid bag with two internal mesh pouches and PALS/MOLLE-style connectors to offer a range of versatile attachment options.
