More Information

The Power Rotating HomeCare Bed: The Rotor Assist is a cutting-edge powered bed system that revolutionizes the concept of in-bed mobility. At its core, this innovative bed features a unique rotating function that sets it apart from standard powered beds. With a simple touch of a button, the bed adjusts to a sitting position with slightly elevated legs, then rotates on its frame to an exit position. This seamless transition eliminates the need for any sliding or straining during transfers.

The bed's versatility is evident in its multiple adjustable positions. It can lie flat, elevate the head section for sitting up, and raise the legs for comfort. Three independent motors, capable of supporting up to 350 pounds, power these adjustments, automatically conforming to the bed's contours in any position.

Control of the bed is straightforward, thanks to a simple hand remote. This remote features an integrated clip that can attach to the headboard, footboard, or either handrail, ensuring it's always within reach. For added safety, the remote can be locked to prevent unsupervised adjustments.

The bed's design prioritizes both security and aesthetics. Dual side rails provide a secure handhold during transitions. The upper rails can be lowered, and the lower rails removed when not needed. The headboard and footboard, featuring a sleek wooden finish, can be detached if desired.

Comfort is a key focus of the Power Rotating HomeCare Bed: The Rotor Assist. The mattress is crafted from soft yet supportive foam and incorporates honeycomb-style gel cushions in the hip and shoulder areas. This design ensures optimal comfort and helps distribute pressure evenly. The bed comes with a set of soft, machine-washable linens, with additional sets available for separate purchase.
