More Information

Upgraded from its predecessor V1.3 device, the GlassOuse V1.4 is an improved assistive device for individuals with limited movement capabilities that uses a 9-axis-gyroscope to capture slight head movements and translate them into mouse movements and selections within computers, phones, tablets, or other virtual environments. The device works like a pair of glasses and offers a wide viewing angle while also remaining ergonomic and lightweight for long-term usage. It features a long-lasting battery that is rated for 150+ active hours of use. The GlassOuse connects via Bluetooth and is compatible with Windows, iOS13, iPadOS13, macOS, Linux, Android, and ChromeOS. A short calibration process ensures that the device adapts to the user's needs to generate a 100% movement and selection accuracy.

What's New:
Bluetooth 4.0 Support - Faster, improved, low latency conenctivity.
Upgraded Sensitivity Setting - Device can be programmed with much more accuracy.
Stronger Material Build - Longer lasting and will endure increased use.

The GlassOuse comes standard with the device, 2 ear holders, a USB charging cable, and a user manual. The device comes with a free one-year free Repair and Replacement warranty as well as a 15-day trial period after you receive the delivery.

G-Switch Series Accessories:
The GlassOuse offers plenty of device accessibility out of the box but can be used with any of the following accessories to further solve issues and alleviate additional inaccessibility.

  • Bite Switch: The Bite Switch enables users to operate their devices orally in conjunction with the GlassOuse V1.4. The switch is composed of a flexible cable, 3.5 mm input jack, and the switch covered in a non-carcinogenic, silicone cover that protects the pressure module. The flexible cable may be adjusted to best fit the needs of the user and is extremely light-weight. The switch is designed with durable materials and has been tested for 100,000 uses under 3 tons of pressure to provide continuous use even under heavy-daily-use.

  • Puff Switch: This intuitive switch allows users to create clicks by simply blowing into the device. Like all of the switches, it connects to the GlassOuse via a 3.5 mm jack plugin. The switch is powered through a coin-sized battery that can last up to 2 months and helps prevent battery drain on the GlassOuse. The smart battery system automatically turns off the switch after one hour of idling but can also be turned off by manually pressing the small on/off button.

  • Finger Switch: The Finger Switch is a more standard switch that can detect different levels of pressure and comes with 100 cm of cable so that the switch can be triggered with the fingers, arms, or any part of the body. This switch can be mounted on fabric surfaces or looped around any body part for quick and reliable clicking. This switch is also adapted with a 3.5mm jack connection and can be extended with an extension cable to better suit the individual needs.

  • Foot Switch: The Foot Switch is a sensitive foot-operated switch that is capable of detecting different volumes of pressure. The switch is connected to the GlassOuse with a 3.5mm input jack and it works with short circuit low signals. The device is built to last and enables the user to adjust the switch position depending on one's needs. The device contains a non-skid bottom that ensures it doesn't move around during use.

  • Press Switch(100 + 150 gram): These durable switches offer an 8.63 cm activation surface that requires 100 or 150 grams of activation force and can be mounted onto various s. The switches have an auditory click and tactile feedback. These switches come with 185 cm of cable and are compatible with the GlassOuse through a 3.5 mm input jack.

  • Pillow Switch: The Pillow Switch incorporates a 150-gram press switch with 8.63 cm of activation surface with a soft, plush cover that softens the contact when in use. This switch is soft enough to be used with sensitive areas of the body or for heavy-use users who need a softer surface to prevent soreness and pressure pain. This switch comes with a 185 cm cable with a 3.5 mm mono input jack. Fastener straps and a safety pin can be used to fasten the device to various fabric surfaces.

  • Touch Switch: The Touch Switch is a highly sensitive 8.63 cm activation surface that can pick up very soft touches and turn them into virtual clicks. The switch is compatible through a 3.5 mm input jack and runs on 3x AAA dry or NiMH batteries. An incorporated smart battery system turns the device off after one hour of non-use and has optional auditory and visual feedback. Additionally, a second external switch can be used to extend the functionality and range of the Touch Switch with a smaller activation module.

  • Proximity Switch: This switch enables users with extremely limited mobility capabilities to create clicks without touch a surface. The sensor is able to detect different levels of distances from the activation surface to create clicks. Any part of the body can be used to activate this sensor. The switch is connected through a 3.5 mm input jack and runs on 3x AAA dry or Ni-MH batteries. A smart battery system also shuts off the switch after an hour of idling. Additional auditory and visual feedback can be selected or turned off depending on the user's needs.

  • Silicone Cover for Bite Switch: Replacement silicone switch covers for the GS01 Bite Switch are made of non-carcinogenic silicone that is easy to change and replace. Over hundreds of thousands of bites, these covers might experience some damage, so they will need to be replaced and sanitized periodically.

  • 3.5mm Male to Female Extension Cable(100 cm): Additional mono male to female 3.5mm jack extension cables allow users to have the necessary amount of cable to properly use their GlassOuse device and additional switch(es).

  • GlassOuse Travel Case: The GlassOuse Travel Case is a black leather hardcover travel case that protects the GlassOuse from damage during transportation when not in use. Ensure that the device stays protected and secure.

  • Pillow Cover for Pillow Switch: Soft and plush switch cover for the GS07 Pillow Switch. This can be laundered with regular clothing.
