The G3S Selectorized Home Gym is covered by a lifetime warranty on the manufacturer, including all parts, including pads, pulleys, and cables (but not labor).
The five stations that come with the G3S Selectorized Home Gym are as follows:
Lat Pulldown/High Pulley Station: Used for lat pulldowns, triceps pressdowns, cable crossovers, and other high pulley exercises.
Ab Crunch/Mid Pulley Station: Use to firm, flatten, and isolate the entire abdominal area
Leg Extension/Leg Curl Station: Use to exercise the legs and knees. The biomechanically accurate pivot point ensures ergonomically correct positioning.
Chest Press/Mid Row Station: Biomechanically designed for chest concentration and muscle development. The handgrips allow for focus on distinct areas of the chest and triceps.
Seated Row/Low Pulley Station: This station is for building depth in the middle back and training the lower lats with exercises such as cable curls, upright rows, shrugs, and leg abduction and adduction.
The alloy weight stack plates weigh 160 lbs. total and have machine-drilled holes and nylon bushings.
