The use of the Foam Sling and Swathe is indicated for S/P glenohumeral acromioplasty, surgical repairs of the rotator cuff, anterior glenohumeral capsular reconstruction, or anterior dislocation of the G-H joint.

Not a high quality product. andd found you need 2 people to get in on correctly. Overall it works but doesnt hold up well
Got it for my rotator cuff worked for 3 weeks and it lost its plasticity
