The Universal Hemi Arm Sling is specifically designed to assist individuals with weakness, stiffness, or spasticity, or lack of control in one side of their body due to hemiplegia derived from a stroke or other CVA occurrences as well as assisting with shoulder-girdle weakness and humeral fractures.

The arm sling features over the shoulder straps that are connected to elbow and wrist cups, or cuffs, with hook and loop closure material that offers stability and quick fitting adjustments. The adjustable straps distribute weight evenly over both of the user's shoulders and the comfortable thick design of the straps helps to prevent skin irritation on the shoulder and neck area. Metal buckles will easily adjust the straps for a perfect fit and once fitted to the user, the sling can be donned or taken off using only one hand.

An adjustable elbow securing strap connecting the elbow cuff and wrist cups provides extra security and control to the sling and the universal style allows the sling to be worn on the left or right arm equally well.

I ordered this product for my husband. It looks very comfy on the model. IT IS NOT. The pic shows the straps clearly over the shoulders and NOT around the neck. False advertising! It hangs around the neck with a HUGE buckle in the back that digs into the neck! I ask for my money back and they won't return it. They said for "health" reasons. He did not try it on private parts! People return shirts all the time, and this should also be returnable! We are in our 70's and can't afford to buy something we can't use. I would NOT recommend the product or the company! I still want my money back!

Great Sling
Husband utilizes each time he is out and about. Easily placed and removed by him and washes well when soiled. Also fits very large man; husband 66" with large chest.
