Exercise Banding with Handle Benefits
Exercise Banding with Handles allows for the tubing length to be increased or decreased to adjust the resistance levels. When tubing ruptures occur, the banding can be replaced. Most other exercise band systems with handles have to be completely replaced if the tubing ruptures.

Adjustable Handles
The bi-handle arrangement can be adjusted to provide a range of resistance exercise for the arms and legs.

Adjustable Banding
Six foot long banding is included with the the Exercise Banding with Handles set. The band length can be changed, depending on the preferred resistance level. Shorter banding offers greater resistance, while longer banding offers less resistance. The Exercise Banding with Handles comes with higher resistive banding. Lighter banding can be purchased.

How to Adjust the Banding
1. Place the banding through the handle socket.
2. While pulling the banding through, place pressure on the red ball until the banding is secure.
3. Adjust the length according to the exercise, desired resistance, or body stature.

Suggested Exercises
  • Place your foot in the loop and do curls.
  • Place your foot in the loop and raise the arms with the palm down.
  • Extend the hands at the side.
  • While seated on the floor hold the handle and extend the legs.
  • Place the nylon handle in the door and do curls.
  • Place the nylon handle in the door and pull straight out.

    Caring for the Exercise Banding with Handles
    The handles can be cleaned with soap and water or a mild disinfectant.
