This chair was light, it was manageable, and it helped my wife through some very difficult times.
However, I did have some difficulty with the handles where the armrests were. The handles were snap-in and every time I went in to move them they weren't lockable. When you put the armrest into its socket on the chair, the handle would not stay locked in. I would use it to try to stabilize myself and they would not hold steady as I needed them to.
I would rate this 4.5 if I could, almost to a 5- it was a very nice chair and I would recommend it.
