Can these be taken apart so that one could replace the lower leg pieces with longer pieces of PVC to increase the height. I am looking for one with a seat height of about 24-25" which would clear an open sink arrangement ( i.e., there is nothing under the sink...one can roll under) with a bottom lip of 30". Would probably want something without arms as well. Something simple would work well.

Answer: I do not believe we have shower commode chairs that are 24 inches in clearance. The highest we have are 20 inches.

Pros: Sturdy constructions, comfortable seat that is more like a traditional toilet.
Cons: Bucket is smaller than the opening leaving a gap at the front (my father-in-law was missing the bucket until I replaced it with an old fashion metal "foot-tub". Also, the handle on the bucket was missing (I called and told I dont need a handle...just hold both sides so I bought another bucket and used that handle)
