The Encompass focuses on body sculpting by engaging core and back muscles in almost every exercise. This system works on an incline and relies on bodyweight resistance to condition the body in order to better perform daily physical activities. The cable pulley force angles can be adjusted depending on the user's size, girth, and exercise objective in order to best meet their needs, even extending to activity-specific exercises and sports-specific movements. The Encompass uses automatic rail locks to allow the user to perform explosive plyometric exercises for both upper and lower extremities. The design is based on Pilates evolved training and education which makes it a very reliable tool, especially when assessing lower body strength. The adjustable glideboard helps support the optimal positioning of the spine and opens the door for more exercise variation possibilities. The glideboard is adjustable in seven different positions, contains high rebound, high-density foam, and is covered in tear-resistant vinyl material for ultimate versatility, comfort, and durability. Additionally, there are multiple center-pulley attachment points across the two arm-cables that can be adjusted to best perform certain exercises. The resistance levels can be adjusted to 22 different incline levels and anywhere between 1 percent and 62 percent of the user's body weight. Retractable dip bars are included with every Encompass system as standard.
There are multiple versions of the ELEVATE Encompass Full Body Training System available for purchase: The Tower Only, The Standard Accessory Package, The Pilates Package, the Strength Package, and the Complete Clinical Package. Every package except for the Tower Only comes with the seven-position adjustable glideboard, a dynamic pulley system, multi-point pulley attachment, soft-grip LAT bars with seven pulley positions, a folding foot holder, a telescoping squat stand with three different height positions, and the folding platform. The Pilates Package includes standard retractable dip bars, slide distance regulator, standing platform, leg pulley system, and a telescoping toe bar. The Strength package includes the standard dip bars, squat handlebar, press bar, pull-up bar, weight bar, and SCRUNCH. The Encompass system can support up to 350 pounds of body weight and is not recommended for users taller than 6' 5. Finally, the Complete Clinical Package comes with the squat handlebars, slide distance regulators, BAPS adaptor, a press bar, weight bar, SCRUNCH, and the leg pulley system.
