The Descend Ultra Low Bed's adjustable height is accompanied by adjustable backrest and footrest angles, with the back region being adjustable between zero and seventy degrees and the footrest being adjustable between zero and thirty degrees. Additionally, it can be quickly and easily shifted into Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg positions for patient care. All of the bed's adjustments are fully powered for convenience. In the event of power loss, the bed is equipped with a nine-volt backup battery that enables it to be lowered safely even without direct power.
