The DeROM Knee Dynamic Splint is a knee orthosis that provides a high level of knee support as well as reducing knee instability and pain while restoring range of motion to the knee joint area by providing low load prolonged stretch to the knee and surrounding area.

The strong and lightweight aircraft aluminum frame construction is designed to provide the best biomechanical assistance to help support and stabilize the user's knee and its surrounding tendons, ligaments, and muscles. The two-part hinged splint will provide sideways stability, help with the prevention of possible hyperextension, and will also assist in flexion and extension.

When the user applies the splint to his leg, he can return to the optimal biomechanical assistance with the easy to set and release splint tension with an integrated adjustment tool and tension release lever.

The universal size splint will fit both left and right knee equally well and replaceable soft foam thigh and calf cuffs are included to offer the user soft, wearable comfort.

Are any sizes available? I'm a petite woman from Puerto Rico desperately trying to increase my ROM after a total knee replacement?
