About the Swirl Support Collar
The Swirl Collar, an effective and comfortable neck support, simply wraps around the neck and adjusts with Velcro, which is located on the back. It's designed for minor to moderate head support and permits easy side-to-side movement. A significant feature of the Swirl Collar is that, because it's not attached, it can be used with any currently owned seating system or for users who are ambulatory. Proper fit is indicated when this neck support makes contact with the chin and jaw line.

To measure for a proper fit
A - Measure neck circumference.
B - From the bottom of ear lobe, measure distance to shoulder minus thickness of any chest support being used.
C-With the head in neutral/midline position, measure from the bottom of chin to top of the sternum.
