XTW Cervical Collar - DeRoyal

DeRoyal has designed their XTW Cervical Collar to give support to your entire cervical region, making it ideal for postoperative use and/or extended aftercare of various medical conditions. A few more of the conditions include; neck sprains and strains, spinal stenosis, cervical disc. displacement, arthritis, whiplash injury, degenerative disc. disease, post-operative immobilization, spondylolisthesis and spondylosis, cervicalgia, or post-operative immobilization. The collar is additionally able to be used during X-Ray, MRI, and CT scans. The collar is able to protect the neck from these conditions by restricting all movements such as flexion, extension, and rotation.


DeRoyal incorporated materials that are; latex-safe, non-toxic, and a hypo-allergenic foam interior liner. The careful selection of materials reduces the risk of skin breakouts while wearing the collar. DeRoyal includes several features that make the collar fit as comfortable as possible. A two-piece design fastener on each side of the neck permits adjustments as needed. These fasteners also promote the proper optimal fit around the users neck. Then they added stabilizing stays on each side in order for a better-contoured fit for each particular size of collars available. They have also included a large trachea opening. This gives quick access in order for carotid pulse monitoring. Even further enhanced comfort is achieved by the included anterior and posterior flex tabs. Lastly, DeRoyal included shoulder and mandible contours to provide additional stability as well as comfort.
